* Unauthorized Parking: Massive numbers of illegally and haphazardly parked auto-rickshaws and e-rickshaws from C-Block Market to Kailash Hills, and from C-Block Market to ISKCON Temple and Sant Nagar Crossing.
* Encroachment: Removal of alleged illegal signboards in C-Block Market and those belonging to auto-rickshaws.
* School Traffic Management: Ensuring Kailash Hills school administrations deploy an adequate number of guards to manage traffic.
* Surveillance: Installation of CCTV cameras to keep a sharp eye on illegal parking and take action against criminal activities.
* Police Presence: Demand for a PCR van and a Police Beat Box at C-Block Market.
* Heavy Vehicles: Strict action against the entry of heavy vehicles during daytime hours.
Official Responses:
ACP (Traffic) Bhanu Pratap addressed the gathering, assuring full police support. He urged residents to maintain their trust in the police force, explaining that while the police are committed to maintaining order, they often operate within specific administrative guidelines and legal boundaries which dictate the pace of their intervention.
Traffic Inspector Ravi Dutt Sharma confirmed that the process of issuing challans and initiating legal proceedings has already commenced. He noted that while legal procedures take time to show a permanent deterrent effect, active enforcement is now a top priority.
SHO Rizwan Khan, emphasizing technology-based monitoring, assured the RWA that surveillance would be enhanced. Specifically, the strategic use of CCTV cameras will be employed to monitor and identify repeat offenders in real-time.

Association President Rajiv Nagpal asserted that no political interference would be allowed to obstruct the resolution of these problems.
Expressing his gratitude, Vice Chairman Vijay Gaur stated that the next meeting should focus on the success of these efforts. He expressed the Association’s full confidence that the police will live up to the public's expectations.
