On 03.09.2025, at dusk, the 50 ft. embankment of Mangeshpur Drain at Bahadurgarh, Haryana breached, causing approx. 05 feet inundation in bordering low lying area of Geetanjali Enclave, Jharoda Kalan, PS Baba Haridass Nagar, Delhi.

In an overnight operation, masses were safely evacuated (without loss of any life) & housed in Govt. Schools of Jharoda Kalan. 

Operation was supervised by Ankit Singh IPS - DCP Dwarka & ACP Najafgarh. Executed by SHO PS BHD Nagar - Insp. Balram Singh Beniwal & team of more than 30 officials - ASI Dayaram, HC Dilraj, Suresh, Sombir, Ram Singh, Ct. Suresh, Manish & others.

Further evacuation in coordination with agencies like NDRF, Disaster Management Teams, etc., is underway.
