Positive thinking gives courage to a person in every difficult situation - BK Prahlad Bhai

Program organized on the topic of happy and healthy lifestyle in 14th Battalion of SAF

Gwalior. A program on the topic "Positive Thinking, Happy and Healthy Living" was organized by SAF 14th Battalion Special Armed Police Force under the direction of Battalion Commandant Dr. Shivdayal Singh (IPS).

Motivational speaker BK Prahlad Bhai and Rajyoga meditation instructors BK Jyoti sister, BK Surabhi sister from Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwari Vishwa Vidyalaya were present as the main speakers in the program. Along with this, Deputy Commandant of 14th Battalion SAF Mr. Sanjay Call, Medical Officer Dr. Omprakash Verma, Assistant Commander Mr. Ratnesh Tomar, Assistant Commander Mr. Pramod Shakya, Assistant Commander Mr. Dilip Chand Chari, Inspector Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma etc. were present in the program.

Addressing everyone in the program, BK Prahlad Bhai said that our life is shaped by the thoughts that come to our mind. This thought sounds simple but in reality it is the biggest truth of life that a person's life is a reflection of his thinking. If our mind is filled with positive thoughts, then every situation in life can be faced easily. But if negative thoughts come to the mind, then no matter how much money, position or facilities we have, life will seem like a burden to us. Therefore, to achieve success in life, only hard work is not enough, but right thinking and right use of time is also equally important.

Positive thinking gives a person the power to stand courageously in every difficult situation.

When we face any problem, negative thoughts make us weak. Whereas positive thinking instills the belief that the solution to the problem is available at all times, this belief inspires a person to reach his destination, in the same way time management is the biggest art of life, time is very precious and once it is gone, that time never comes back. Only those people who understand the true importance of time move ahead in life and achieve success. The right use of time teaches us discipline, patience and responsibility towards work.

If we learn to respect time with positive thinking, not only will our life progress but we will also become an inspiration for others. These two things, positive thinking and time management, make life meaningful and successful. Along with this, he further said that no matter how busy we are, we should take out some time for ourselves in which we can take out time for meditation, yoga, pranayam etc. to keep our body and mind healthy. Along with this, we should also give some time to our family and friends. This gives us positive energy and our life also becomes happy.

Thereafter, the Deputy Commandant addressed the soldiers and said that the path to success is not easy. It passes through difficulties, struggles and failures, but the person who remains steadfast towards his goal and work, only he is able to reach his destination.

Dr. OP Verma said that only with a healthy body and a healthy mind can a person achieve every goal of his life. When health is good, life is filled with energy, there is enthusiasm in work and the mind remains happy. But when health deteriorates, all happiness seems to fade.

In the end, BK Jyoti Bhabhi told the present soldiers about Rajyoga meditation in detail and also made everyone practice meditation.

Along with this, everyone was also made to do creative activities so that the whole day goes well and she said that we should have good thoughts for everyone every day.

On this occasion, many officers and more than a hundred police personnel were present.
