MASSIVE CRACK DOWN ON ILLIGAL ARMS HOLDER IN OUTER NORTH DISTRICT THROUGH CYBER PATROLLING

NINE (09) DESPERATE CRIMINALS ARRESTED AND ONE (01) SEMI AUTOMATIC PISTOL, TWENTY THREE (23) COUNTRY MADE PISTOL (DESHI KATTA) AND THIRTY (30) CARTRIDGES RECOVERED BY THE TEAM OF OUTER NORTH DISTRICT ON THE BASIS OF CYBER PATROLLING

INCIDENT OVERVIEW
On intervening night of 12/13-08-2025 working on cyber patrolling input
conducted by Cyber Police station outer North District headed by Insp. Govind Singh, SHO/Cyber/OND technical surveillance,
human intelligence as well as ahead of 79th Independence Day, information
was gathered by dedicated teams of Outer North District regarding person who were flaunting illegal arms and were in possession of illegal arms on social
media platform like Facebook, Instagram etc. Outer North District Police has
been actively monitoring criminals who flaunts illegal arms on social media and
various other platform and apprehending them and maintaining peace and
tranquillity in the area

TEAM AND OPERATION
Acting on the tip-off dedicated teams of operation Unit, One team headed by
Insp. Pramod Tomar I/C AATS and ABS, one team Headed by Insp. Anand
Kumar Jha I/C Special Staff, teams of PS Shahbad Dairy, Bhalswa Dairy, NIA
& PS Swroop Nagar Delhi were constituted under the supervision of Sh.
Dinesh Kumar, ACP/OPS & respective ACsP under the overall supervision of
Sh. Hareshwar V. Swami, IPS, DCP/OND.
1. Based on the inputs, Trap were laid by the Team AATS & ABS and three
accused namely (1) Yameen @ Joni S/o Satpal R/o
Khera Gadhi Colony, Delhi, Age – 28 years(from area of PS Shahbad Dairy) (2)
Shri Ram @ Chotu S/o Bihari Lal R/o Sani Bazar Road, Samta Vihar,Mukundpur, Delhi Age – 21 years(from area of PS NIA) and (3) Aaditya S/o
Ravinder Jha R/o
Mukundpur, Part – 2, Bhalaswa Dairy, Delhi Age – 19 years (from the area of
PS Bhalaswa Dairy) were apprehended and during apprehension nine country
made pistols, one semiautomatic pistol .32 bore and fifteen live cartridges were
recovered from possession of the above-mentioned person.
2. Based on the inputs, Trap were laid by the Team Special Staff and Two
accused namely (1) Aakash S/o Late Sushil R/o Pana Mamurpur, Narela Delhi
Age 21 Years from B-4 DDA Road towards Tikri Village & (2) Amarjeet @
Happy S/o Late Brij Mohan (26 yrs), R/o Lal Flat, Bawana near park on road
from Lal Flat to Bawana Gas Agency and 05 country-made pistols & 06 live
cartridges from Akash and 05 country-made pistols & 03 live cartridges from
Amarjeet were recovered from possession of the above-mentioned person.
3. Based on the inputs, Trap were laid by the team of PS Shahbad Dairy, PS
Bhalswa Dairy, NIA and PS Swaroop Nagar Delhi and accused persons (1)
Sonal Mishra S/o Hardeshwar Mishra, R/o Shahbad Dairy, Age 23
years (2) Momin Khan S/o Munawar Khan, R/o JJ Colony, Age 25
yrs. (3) Noor Hasan S/o Mohd. Chhote, R/o Bawana, Age 26
yrs. (4) Anand @ Mitthu S/o Ompal, R/o Nathupura, Age 36 yrs. Were
apprehended with illegal fire arms and live cartridges. One Country made
pistol (Deshi Katta) & Two live cartridge from Sonal Mishra, One Country
made pistol (Deshi Katta) & One live cartridge from Momin Khan, One
Country made pistol (Deshi Katta) & One live cartridge from Noor Hasan, One
Country made pistol (Deshi Katta) & Two live cartridge from Anand were
recovered.
PROFILE OF THE ACCUSED
1. Yameen @ Joni S/o Satpal R/o Khera Gadhi
Colony, Delhi, Age – 28 years (3 previous involvement). Accused Yameen @
Joni disclosed that he is an associate of Sanju Sehrawat who is a
notorious criminal and is an associate of Neeraj Bawana Gang
2. Shri Ram @ Chotu S/o Bihari Lal R/o Sani Bazar Road, Samta Vihar,
Mukundpur, Delhi Age 21 years. Upon interrogation he disclosed that he
used to flaunt illegal arms on Instagram, facebook and other social medial
platforms to make their fear in the area, so that people become fearful and
they can make their names in the area.
3. Aaditya S/o Ravinder Jha R/o Mukundpur, Part – 2, Bhalaswa Dairy, Delhi, Age 19 Years.
disclosed that he used to flaunt illegal arms in the locality to make his fear
in the area, so that people become fearful and he can make his name in the area and sometimes he opens fire in air just to show his power
amount his friends.
4. Aakash S/o Late Sushil R/o Pana Mamurpur, Narela Delhi Age 21 Years
5. Amarjeet @ Happy S/o Late Brij Mohan (26 yrs), R/o Lal Flat, Bawana
near park on road Delhi
6. Sonal Mishra S/o Hardeshwar Mishra, R/o Shahbad Dairy, Age 23
years
7. Momin Khan S/o Munawar Khan, R/o JJ Colony, Age 25 yrs.
8. Noor Hasan S/o Mohd. Chhote, R/o JJ Colony, Bawana, Age 26
yrs.
9. Anand @ Mitthu S/o Ompal, R/o Nathupura, Age 36 yrs.

He is previously involved in 4 previous cases (Arms Act, NDPS Act, BNS
offences).
ACCUSED NOOR MOHD.
He is previously involved in 50 criminal cases

All the accused persons have been arrested and further investigations of the
above mentioned cases are underway.
This operation by the Team of Outer North District showcases the on-going
efforts of Delhi Police to curb suppliers and owner of illegal arms in the area of
Delhi NCR ensuring public safety and stopping illegal activities. Further
investigation is underway.
