Gwalior. Sometimes in this race of life we ??forget what we are running for. Work, responsibilities, tussle in relationships, all this goes on in most people's lives from morning to night. Then whenever we sit alone, a question arises in the mind – “Am I really feeling peace and happiness?

Peace of mind is the need of all of us today.

Just as the body needs oxygen, the soul needs peace of mind. Rajyogini BK Adarsh ??Didi said this while addressing the advocates in the KKD Hall of the High Court.

Let us tell you that this program was organized by the Jurist Wing of Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation, the sister organization of Prajapita Brahmakumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya, in collaboration with the High Court Advocates Association. Zonal Coordinator of Jurist Department and Brahmakumaris Center Head Rajyogini BK Adarsh ??Didi, and motivational speaker BK Prahlad Bhai were present in the program.

Didi further said that the Jurist Wing of Brahmakumaris works for advocates and jurists. Its objective is to live life in a joyful way while maintaining a balance between work and life and to give beautiful inspirations to others through one's life.

Along with this, motivational speaker in the program BK Prahlad, while addressing on the topic of Peace of Mind and Meditation, said that in our efforts to please others, many times we are unable to give time to ourselves. And we are deprived of basic qualities like peace, happiness, love, joy, without which a beautiful life cannot be imagined. All these qualities have also become a target – “When I have a car, a house, a name – then I will be happy and peaceful. Or I will be happy when I achieve something else. But does this happen? No. Because when one goal is accomplished, another one comes up. This cycle continues.

So do every task happily and peacefully, not for happiness and peace. Only then will we be able to enjoy life properly. Meditation is very important for this. Do it for a short while but definitely. Meditation is taught free of cost in the morning and evening at all the centers of Brahma Kumaris. Anyone can take advantage of it.

We have to learn to live in the present. We should be grateful for everything that we have right now. When we learn to be friends with ourselves, our thoughts, our mind. And we accept that it is not in our power to control everything.Then we experience peace.

Peace is a journey.

Practice daily – today we will reduce our anger, today we will reduce our worries, today we will treat everyone with love. Every day we will work happily. Then you will definitely get peace. You will get success. And you will be able to enjoy life.

Along with this, he also shed light on the development of eight powers in our life through Rajyoga and in the end, he explained the simple method of Rajyoga meditation to everyone and made them experience it.

Aashirwad Dwivedi, RK Joshi, Umesh Rajouria, Jitendra Tyagi, Jitendra Simrodia, Ankita Sharma, Raj Rathore, Arshad Ali, Arun Singh, Anirudh Singh and many other officials and advocates of the Bar Association were present in the program.
