New Delhi, March 22 : Delhi BJP President Shri Virendra Sachdeva and Bihar BJP President Shri Dilip Jaiswal, while addressing a joint press conference on Bihar Diwas, extended their best wishes to everyone and stated that if anyone has worked to advance Bihar’s glorious history and achievements, it is Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

On this occasion, BJP's National Media Co-Convenor Shri Sanjay Mayukh, Bihar State Vice President Shri Siddharth Shambhu, Delhi State Vice President Shri Dinesh Pratap Singh, Delhi Purvanchal Morcha President Shri Santosh Ojha, State Spokesperson Dr. Anil Gupta, and MLA Shri Chandan Chaudhary were present.

During the press conference, a video presentation showcased Bihar’s development under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and highlighted its proud history.

Shri Virendra Sachdeva remarked that Bihar represents knowledge, peace, spirituality, and valor.

“In every state across the country, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, if anyone is playing a key role in strengthening the economy, it is our brothers and sisters from Bihar. In Delhi as well, people from Bihar and Purvanchal are contributing to various industries and businesses.”

He further emphasized that many major startups and industries are being run by people from Bihar and that Bihar’s culture and history have made a mark worldwide.

Shri Virendra Sachdeva added that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, efforts are being made to transform Bihar into a prosperous and glorious state. He expressed confidence that the day is not far when Bihar will be among the top five developed states of India.

Shri Dilip Jaiswal highlighted that Bihar Diwas is being celebrated at 76 locations across 27 states, where Biharis, along with MPs, Union Ministers, and Bihar Ministers, are being encouraged and honored.

He also noted that people from Bihar have played a crucial role in Delhi’s development and that they continue to advance Bihar’s reputation through their hard work and values.

Shri Jaiswal stated that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi envisions Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat (One India, Great India) to propel the nation forward, but at the same time, the INDI alliance is attempting to divide the country. He warned them to stop such actions.

“Bihar has moved from the lantern era to the electricity era. Today, if there is a power outage even for an hour, everyone is informed about it. Bihar takes pride in having three Central Universities, and Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has announced the reconstruction of Nalanda University.”

He further expressed confidence that Bihar is emerging as a developed state. He asserted that just as the Indian Army protects the country’s borders, the BJP works to safeguard and promote the nation’s heritage and culture, opposing those who seek to divide people based on regionalism and language.
