Full Details: To escape the fear of going to jail in Jyotirmath case and other criminal cases (almost all criminal cases are registered against him in states like Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh etc.) Avimukteshwarananda has now started a new drama called "Gau Raksha" to pressurize the government.

He was caught telling many lies in the court in Jyotirmath case. Finally a contempt case was filed against him in the Supreme Court.
