5 cities including Gwalior will become model electric cities, 15 to 80% discount in registration of EV vehicles

Bhopal. Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur and Ujjain will be developed as model electric cities. Incentives will be given for running maximum number of electric vehicles here. For this, 15 to 80 percent discount will be given in registration of e-vehicles. Before the Global Investors Summit, Mohan Cabinet held a meeting on Tuesday. In this, 7 policies were approved. This also includes Integrated Township Policy. Under this, if farmers want to develop township together, then the government will help them.

Urban Administration Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya gave information about the cabinet decisions. He said that the policies approved in the meeting include Integrated Township Policy, MSME, EV, Startup, Aviation, Renewable Energy and Undeveloped Land Allotment Policy. Earlier, in the cabinet meeting held last Tuesday, 7 policies and 10 sub-policies have been approved. All the policies and sub-policies will be placed at the Global Investors Summit to be held on 24th -25th February to attract investors.
