Gwalior - Municipal Commissioner Sangh Priya reviewed the works of health and workshop on Monday. Along with this, he also got to know about the activities being done in relation to Swachh Bharat Mission. Deputy Commissioner, Executive Engineer, Workshop Incharge Pushpendra Srivastava, Nodal Officer Waste Management Mahendra Prasad Agarwal, Chief Sanitation Officer Dr. Anuj Sharma, Dr. Vaibhav Srivastava and other related officers were present in the meeting.

The Municipal Commissioner said that special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the city, cleaning should be done on the scheduled time and it should be monitored, no kind of garbage should be seen on the main roads of the city. He also said that all the necessary resources should be available to the Safai Mitras at the time of cleaning and their regular health checkup should also be done. The Municipal Commissioner clearly said that the necessary resources should be available to the employees at the time of cleaning. For this, they should be made aware so that they do not have health related problems.

The door to door vehicles engaged in cleaning work should leave on time and collect garbage regularly. This should also be regularly monitored. The concerned officers should ensure that the available resources are used in the interest of the corporation. While reviewing the workshop, the Municipal Commissioner said that all vehicles should be in good condition and should be maintained from time to time. Vehicles should leave on time from all three depots. Regarding Swachh Bharat Mission, he said that activities should be conducted regularly for public awareness. The officers, employees and the entire staff of the corporation should work together.
