The Chief District Judge held a meeting with the judges regarding the organization of the National Lok Adalat to be held on March 08.

Instructed to resolve as many cases as possible by taking personal interest.

On the instructions of the National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi and Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur, the first National Lok Adalat of the year 2025 is being organized in the whole of India on 08, in which pending and pre-litigation cases of various nature will be resolved. Regarding the organization of the National Lok Adalat to be held on March 08 in Gwalior district, the Chief District Judge and Chairman District Legal Services Authority Gwalior, Shri PC Gupta, held a meeting with the judges of the district headquarters physically and with the judges of the Tehsil Court virtually and directed the judges to ensure the success of the National Lok Adalat by taking personal interest and getting as many cases resolved as possible. On this occasion, all the judges including Special Judge Shri Pramod Kumar Singh, District Judge and National Lok Adalat Coordinator Shri APS Chauhan were present. Presiding meetings are also being held continuously with the officials and advocates of banks, electricity, BSNL, Municipal Corporation, insurance companies regarding the National Lok Adalat on March 08. District Legal Aid Officer Shri Deepak Sharma has appealed to the parties to present their cases before the National Lok Adalat in maximum numbers and avail the benefits of the exemptions provided for the National Lok Adalat.
