Indore Divisional Commissioner Mr. Singh reviewed the district-wise preparations regarding Jan Kalyan Parv

Jhabua Extensive publicity should be done regarding the organization of the camp to be organized at the Gram Panchayat level under the Chief Minister Jan Kalyan Abhiyan and Jan Kalyan Parv, so that the general public gets information about the schemes and they take advantage of them.

Better planning and training of departmental field staff should be organized for organizing the camp in each district.

This instruction was given by Divisional Commissioner Deepak Singh while holding a meeting of all the Collectors and Chief Executive Officers of District Panchayat of Indore Division through video conference. He took information about the district-wise preparations and arrangements regarding the Chief Minister Jan Kalyan Abhiyan and Jan Kalyan Parv and gave necessary guidelines.

Divisional Commissioner Mr. Singh directed that the resolution of revenue cases should also be ensured during the campaign. Any kind of negligence at the field level will not be tolerated. He gave necessary instructions regarding the action to be taken under Dharti Aaba Janjati Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan. Regarding Chief Minister Jankalyan Abhiyan and Jan Kalyan Parv, Mr. Singh directed that better preparations should be ensured before organizing the camp in each district.

The camp should be widely publicized. The field staff should be trained. The public representatives should be informed about the entire campaign and the camp to be organized. By setting up stalls of various departmental schemes at each camp site, the general public should be informed about the schemes. Staff should be deputed at each camp site to apply for the schemes and fill them. Regular monitoring of the resolution of cases received in the camp should also be ensured. In the meeting, the District Collectors and District Panchayat CEOs of various districts of the division gave information about the district-wise preparations.
