National Lok Adalat will be organized in High Court Gwalior on 14th December

National Lok Adalat will also be organized in High Court Bench Gwalior on Saturday 14th December. This Lok Adalat will be organized as per the instructions of National Legal Services Authority New Delhi and under the guidance of Administrative Judge/Co-Chairman High Court Legal Services Committee Gwalior Justice Shri Anand Pathak.

In the National Lok Adalat, compromiseable criminal cases pending before the court, cheque bounce cases under Negotiable Instruments Act, bank recovery, motor accident claim appeal, labor cases, electricity and water bills, matrimonial cases, land acquisition, service and retirement dues payment related writ petitions, civil cases and revenue cases, including other compromiseable cases will be resolved with the mutual consent of the parties.

The parties who wish to get their compromiseable cases pending before the High Court Division Bench Gwalior resolved through the said National Lok Adalat, can submit their consent themselves or through their advocates in the office of High Court Legal Services Committee Gwalior. Also, such advocates and parties, who wish to withdraw their cases voluntarily, can send the list of cases to this office as early as possible.

The parties have been appealed to get their cases resolved on the basis of compromise by taking advantage of the National Lok Adalat.
