Additional DCP Crime gave this basic mantra to everyone in the cyber awareness class of Indore Police, organized for the students and professors of Shubhdeep Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital.

Indore - To curb the increasing cyber crimes at present, with the aim of creating awareness among the people about it, various programs are being organized continuously by Indore Police under the guidance of Police Commissioner Urban Indore Shri Santosh Kumar Singh. In this sequence, on 03.12.24, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Crime Indore reached Shubhdeep Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital Indore with the team and made the professors, students and management staff aware about cyber crimes.

Under Cyber ??Awareness, in a program organized at Shubhdeep Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital Indore, Additional DCP Crime Mr. Rajesh Dandotia, in the 335th workshop, while giving information about the types of current cyber crimes and ways to avoid them to about 400 people including doctors, students and management staff of the medical college, on the basis of case study of complaints of cyber crimes received by the police, explained in detail about various types of cyber frauds, financial frauds as well as cyber crimes related to social media etc., explained practically how to complain on helpline-1930, cybercime.gov.in and Indore Police's cyber helpline 704912445 etc. in case of cyber crime and how the police takes action on them and what things to keep in mind to avoid cyber crimes etc.

He told everyone that in the present times, cyber crime has become a fatal disease for the society, just as you people treat various diseases with medicines as well as proper care and precautions, in the same way, by being careful and aware, we can also protect ourselves from the disease called cyber crime in our digital life. For this, we all have to make efforts together.

So, take full caution while doing any digital work, stay away from fake links, fake loan apps, fake investment platforms and do not share your personal information with any unknown person.

On this occasion, professors, trainee doctors, nursing and management staff of the medical college were also present, who also learned these important precautions of cyber security and praised this campaign of Indore Police.
