Indore Philatelic Society and Numismatics Society held a commemorative meeting.

Senior scholars meet every first Sunday of every month to carry out the important work of researching and preserving the ancient currency heritage of the city. In this context, the commemorative meeting of the Philatelic Society and Indore Numismatics Society was held at the Indian Coffee House. Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri were remembered and paid tribute on their birth anniversaries. Fashion designer and philatelist Vidushi Jain served as the chairperson. Chirag Trivedi declared the meeting open. Neel Jain delivered the welcome address. Chief Patron, senior coin collector Girish Sharma Aditya, delivered an informative lecture on numismatics. Ravindra Narayan Pehlwan of the organization successfully organized a philatelic workshop. During the meeting, Alok Khadiwala showcased special covers and presentation pack albums on Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. Shivam Chaturvedi displayed a book on the coin collection of Indian princely states and discussed the book. The printed copy of the society's main e-magazine Indfil October-25 issue was also released. The coins of Ahilyabai Holkar 300th birth anniversary collected by Mahesh Ramchandani and Rajesh Shah of the society were displayed. Surendra Mulye and Major M.K. Gupta also addressed the gathering. In the memory of Mrs. Nisha Pehelwan, special gifts and post cards were given to the members and gifts were distributed to all the members by Shivam Chaturvedi and Mukesh Patidar. Suresh Bhagchandani prayed for good health. The gathering was conducted by Executive President Rajesh Shah. The vote of thanks was given by G.K. Maheshwari.
