Stress Management is the Key to a Healthy Life – BK Prahlad Bhai

Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya organized an inspirational session on "Stress Management, a Happy and Healthy Lifestyle" at the 13th Battalion of the Special Armed Forces (SAF 13 Battalion).

Keynote speaker, senior Raja Yoga meditation instructor BK Prahlad Bhai, said that in today's fast-paced lifestyle, stress has become a part of everyone's daily routine. It affects mental and physical health. To overcome this, measures such as positive thinking, yoga and meditation, pranayama, adequate sleep, a balanced diet, and abstinence from intoxicants should be adopted. He also shared practical tips for leading a stress-free life by engaging participants in creative activities.

BK Adarsh ??Didi, Chief Director of the Brahma Kumaris Center, said, "Stress management is not just a technique, but an art of living." She led everyone in Raja Yoga meditation and explained that self-control and time management can make life more pleasant and joyful.

Present on the occasion were In-Charge Commander Anurag Pandey, Assistant Commander Gulbag Singh, Medical Officer Dr. OP Verma, inspectors, and over 350 trainees. Dr. Verma said that people under stress turn to drugs, while the real solution lies in meditation and spiritual practice.

BK Surabhi, BK Roshni, and BK Pawan from the Brahma Kumaris also participated in the program. At the end, guests were honored by presenting them with saplings.
