Kailash Kher to Lend His Voice in Bhojpuri Film Chhaath

Renowned singer Kailash Kher will be the latest addition to the musical line-up of the upcoming Bhojpuri film “Chhaath”. The film is produced by Hollywood actress and National Award-winning star, Bihar’s pride Neetu Chandra, and directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Nitin Chandra. The release is scheduled for October.

Like all of Neetu Chandra’s projects over the past 15 years, “Chhaath” has been entirely shot in Bihar. Through her films, she has not only promoted world-class cinema in Bhojpuri, Maithili, and other regional languages of Bihar, but has also consistently generated employment opportunities for the local talent.

In the past, her films have featured the voices of legendary artists such as Hariharan, Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal, Sunidhi Chauhan, Swanand Kirkire, and Udit Narayan. Now, with Kailash Kher joining the list, the musical appeal of “Chhaath” is expected to reach even greater heights.
