Vinod Barhai appointed as District President of Collectorate Sports Jhabua

Vinod Barhai was appointed President of the Collectorate Sports Jhabua organization.

Nazru Meda had held this important position for 10 consecutive years.

At the CSJ organization's core committee meeting held at the prestigious Hotel Apna in Jhabua city on Sunday, Vinod Barhai was unanimously elected President in the presence of senior patrons Jitendra Shaktawat alias Lala Captain, Ravindra Tanwar, Nareshraj Purohit, Dinesh Dudwe, and observer S.S. Gamd from Indore. Vinod is a senior member of the CSJ Club who has made significant contributions to the club over the past 20 years, holding various positions. On this occasion, senior CSJ Club members Raju Tagore was unanimously appointed as Vice President, Suresh Mandloi as Secretary, and Arpit Tiwari as Joint Secretary.

Nareshraj Purohit was also reappointed as the club's treasurer, and Bhupendra Varde was reappointed as the club captain.

Vinod Barhai's appointment to the important position at Collectorate Sports Jhabua comes at a time when the third edition of the Collectorate Premier League (CPL) night tournament is scheduled for November 2025, and the 14th edition of the Departmental Anand Utsav Trophy is scheduled for 2025.

The CSJ Club is the only sports organization in the state where departmental government employees and officers have been organizing Anand Utsav for over 15 years to reduce stress, promote sportsmanship, invigorate government work, and enhance efficiency. Players from departments such as the district administration, police administration, agriculture department, college administration, electricity department, ITI college, cooperative department, tribal department, teachers' eleven, land records eleven, and district home guard eleven participate as teams in the club.
