A discussion was organized with various women organizations under Matridhara Abhiyan in Jhabua Collector's meeting room.

In the discussion, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Petlawad Ms. Tanushree Meena told all the women present in detail about Matridhara Abhiyan.

She said that on the initiative of Collector Neha Meena, Matridhara Abhiyan is being started in the district.

In which nature conservation is to be made a mass movement with the cooperation of the respected women power of the district.

She said that just as we call our earth as mother, similarly there is a need for women power to work together for the protection of the earth.

In which a discussion has been organized for the participation of women of social organization.

Discussion: In the discussion on Nari Shakti to Shakti for Prakriti, Mrs. Kiran Sharma of Bhartiya Stree Shakti Sangathan suggested that places should be selected for plantation on a large scale at district and block level and plantation should be done in a planned manner.

Jyoti Ranka of Innerwheel Club suggested that fruit trees should be planted using fruits available at home like mango seeds and others.

Prafull Sharma of Good Morning Club suggested that children should be given the responsibility of planting and growing the saplings and the saplings should be named after the same children so that the children feel a sense of belonging and the responsibility of protection.

Mrs. Yashvi Shah from Mahashakti Mahila Mandal Ranapur said that she herself prepares saplings and distributes them free of cost.

She suggested that children should also be included in the campaign and be explained about environmental protection and waste to wealth so that the seeds of nature conservation can be sown in the coming generation as well. Archana Sisodia of Bhartiya Stree Shakti said that after planting the sapling, attention should also be paid to its safety and after care so that the survival of the saplings can also increase. Pooja Mathur of Bhartiya Stree Shakti suggested that school students should be taught to take ownership of saplings. Also, trees should be planted on important moments in a person's life, such as birthdays. Mrs. Annu Bhabor said that awareness should be created for planting saplings on the ridges in rural areas. Sangeeta Ganawa of Vada Seva Sansthan Samiti Meghnagar suggested that as many fruit trees as possible should be planted. Deputy Collector Mrs. Ritika Patidar suggested increasing participation in cleanliness along with tree plantation.

She asked to adopt reuse, read and recycle under waste management. In the discussion, Assistant Commissioner Tribal Affairs Department Mrs. Supriya Bisen suggested that saplings should be adopted along with mass plantation so that survival can be increased. Mrs. Ayesha Qureshi explained in detail the efforts made for environmental protection.

Mrs. Seema Trivedi also suggested planting trees in hostels and educational institutions.

Oath:-

After the discussion, all the women present took an oath to plant trees and protect them.

Signature campaign:-

All the women agreed to participate in the Matridhara campaign through the signature campaign.

During this, women from various women's institutions, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Meghnagar Mrs. Ritika Patidar, Excise Officer Mrs. Basanti Bhuria Assistant Commissioner Tribal Affairs Department Mrs. Supriya Bisen, CMO Petlawad Mrs. Asha Bhandari, and other women were present.
