Bharatiya Janata Party Indore divisional unit organized a meeting regarding Emergency. Under the 50th black day of Emergency, democracy killing day will be celebrated across the country on 25 and 26 June with the aim of bringing the totalitarian actions in front of the public and the young generation. Many decisions were taken in Deendayal Bhawan, Indore in the presence of senior leaders of divisional BJP and office bearers of Loktantra Senani Sangh. In the meeting conducted under the supervision of divisional convener of the event Ishwar Baheti, former MLA of Mandsaur Yashpal Singh Sisodia gave details of the cruel atrocities of Emergency. District President of Bharatiya Janata Party Indore Shravan Singh Chawda gave information about the Loktantra Senani Sammelan to be held on 25 June and informed about the arrangements for the regional conference to be held on 26 June at the Bhopal residence of the Chief Minister. On this occasion, invited democracy fighters Shri Ganesh Agarwal, Girish Sharma "Aditya" and Shikhar Chandra Jain (Barwani) were felicitated with Angapatam. A large number of MISA prisoners attended the programme.
