Jhabua On the occasion of 11th International Yoga Day, Yoga Sangam was concluded in PM Shri Government Girls Higher Secondary School Jhabua under the chief hospitality of Cabinet Minister Women and Child Development Department Ms. Nirmala Bhuria on the theme of Yoga for One Earth One Health. The Yoga Sangam program was inaugurated by garlanding the statue of Maa Saraswati and lighting the lamp. In the program, the Cabinet Minister Women and Child Development Department said that the tradition of yoga has been going on in India for centuries.

In India, sages and saints used to do sadhana through yoga. Yoga has always been ingrained in our culture. Yoga Day has started being celebrated on 21st June under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Its objective is that we remain connected with the culture and the desire to learn yoga should always remain in the common people.

Yoga is essential for human health. If every person in the country remains healthy, then the whole country will be healthy, with this belief Yoga Day is celebrated. In the Corona period, everyone has understood the importance of yoga and AYUSH and similarly the importance of yoga should be explained to the coming generation so that the tradition of yoga continues in this way.

Collector Neha Meena said that in 2014, the United Nations approved the proposal to celebrate 21 June as International Yoga Day and the first International Yoga Day was celebrated on 21 June 2015. He said that yoga is not only necessary for physical but also for mental health. Man should do yoga every day. It is necessary for all administrative officers and employees to make yoga a part of their daily routine for a healthy lifestyle. Also, yoga has an important role in reducing the stress of daily life.

Superintendent of Police Shri Padma Vilochhan Shukla wished all the attendees on International Yoga Day. He said that yoga is necessary for a healthy lifestyle and stress-free life, children should be made to develop the habit of doing yoga from childhood so that a healthy body and a healthy body remain.
