Numismatists remembered the ideals of Ahilyabai Holkar on the occasion of her 300th birth anniversary

Under the banner of Philatelic Society and Indore Numismatics Society, numismatists and scholars gathered at Indian Coffee House Regal Square. A meeting was held in Yadgar on the occasion of Ahilyabai Holkar's 300th birth anniversary. In which, famous numismatist Girish Sharma "Aditya" while remembering the ideals of Ahilyabai said that it is very important to tell children about great men. This helps them to know and understand the history and inspires them. Mr. Sharma also shared his views on the subject of numismatics and museum. Alok Khadiwala displayed the postage stamp album of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the great hero of Indian history and shared important information about him. Professor Shivam Chaturvedi told the history of the coins of ancient Panchal Janapada. President Ravindra Narayan Pehalwan presented badges to the members of Indore Philatelic Society and Indore Numismatics Society. New member Sunil Khandagle was honored. Gifts were distributed to the members courtesy of Rajendra Agarwal. Rajesh Shah distributed gifts to the new members. In the beginning, Narendra Agarwal announced the commencement of the meeting. Ashok Dubey was the chairman of the meeting. Laxmikant Jain prayed for good health. The meeting was conducted by acting president Rajesh Shah. SG Mehta expressed his gratitude.
