Message of District Vice President of Haj Committee Rehan Ansari on Eidul Azha

Vice President of District Indore Haj Committee (Government of Madhya Pradesh) Rehan Ansari has extended his best wishes and greetings to all the countrymen on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha. In a statement issued here on the occasion of Eid, Haj Committee Vice President Rehan Ansari said in his congratulatory message that the festival of Eid-ul-Azha inspires everyone to live together and maintain social harmony. He said that it is an important festival of Islam. This festival is celebrated in memory of the test of Prophet Hazrat Ibrahim when he decided to sacrifice his son on the orders of Allah. At the last moment, Allah sent a ram in place of his son and then Hazrat Ibrahim sacrificed it as per the orders of Allah. This incident is considered an example of unwavering trust and dedication in Allah. The main purpose of sacrifice in this festival is to sacrifice something in the name of Allah. Haj Committee Vice President Rehan Ansari has appealed to the Muslim community on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha to keep in mind the feelings of their fellow countrymen while sacrificing and not to sacrifice in the open and to take care of cleanliness. We have always celebrated Eid-ul-Azha together and embraced each other with this brotherly culture.
