Eid Preparations: Cleanliness Drive Demanded at Akot File Eidgah

Ahead of Eid-ul-Azha on 7th June, former corporator Akhtara Bi and Maharashtra Congress Minority Commission Secretary Zamir Bhai Bartanwale submitted a memorandum to the Municipal Commissioner demanding special cleanliness measures in the Akot File area. The request includes cleaning of the Eidgah, spreading stone dust, and repairing damaged roads and potholes leading to the Eidgah. With a large number of people expected to gather for Eid prayers, the leaders stressed the need for a clean and safe environment. They also highlighted the risk posed by poor road conditions. The commissioner assured prompt action to ensure smooth and respectful Eid celebrations.
