Chatterjee paid a courtesy visit to Secretary (Youth Affairs) Government of India and gave detailed information about the National Street Play Competition being organised by both the organisations on the subject of drug abuse elimination and prevention of atrocities against women. )

President and Bureau Chief of Bhaagidari Jan Sahyog Samiti Vijay Gaur and Programme Officer of National Service Scheme (NSS) of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University S. Chatterjee paid a courtesy visit to Ms. Meeta Rajivlochan IAS Secretary (Youth Affairs) Government of India. Vijay Gaur told Ms. Meeta Rajeevlochan IAS in detail about the participation of National Service Scheme teams from universities and colleges from different parts of the country in the National Street Play Competition being organized in the last week of August on the subject of drug abuse elimination and prevention of atrocities against women and also invited her to attend the inaugural session of the competition.

On this occasion of meeting, Ms. Meeta Rajeevlochan said in her message that India is the oldest rich culture in the world. The young generation is the backbone of the nation but drug addiction is pulling the youth towards darkness. Keeping this in view, the initiative taken to deal with the drug menace through the Drug Free Delhi 2027 initiative under the visionary leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Hon'ble Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah and Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is really commendable. He said that he is very happy that by becoming a part of this initiative under the guidance of the committee chairman, Bhaagidari Jan Sahayog Samiti and Rashtriya Seva Yojana Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University have jointly invited the National Scheme Unit teams of various leading educational institutions including K.R. Mangalam University and BPS Women's University Haryana, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Sharda University, Bhimrao Ambedkar University Uttar Pradesh, DAV University, Lovely Professional University and Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) Punjab, Rajasthan Technical University and Banasthali Vidyapeeth Rajasthan, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University from Delhi State, Delhi Pharmaceutical Science and Research University, Mata Sundari College, Janaki Devi Memorial College Delhi University, National Forensic Science University, All India Institute of Medical Science, Jawaharlal Nehru University as participants of the National Street Play Competition. Ms. Meeta Rajivlochan congratulated all the participating teams of the competition in advance. He informed that even before this, information was received about the organisation of two grand successful programmes on legal awareness by Bhaagidari Jan Sahayog Samiti in the past, which is commendable. Secretary (Youth Affairs), Government of India, Ms. Meeta Rajeev Lochan, while appreciating such creative efforts of Vijay Gaur and the team of Bhaagidari Jan Sahayog Samiti, expressed confidence that this competition will not only encourage talent but will also prove to be a milestone in the field of social awareness.

President and Bureau Chief of Bhaagidari Jan Sahayog Samiti informed that despite her busy schedule, Ms. Meeta Rajeev Lochan observed the best posters of the National Poster Competition organised earlier by the students of various colleges and universities of the country, which were based on the elimination of drug abuse. She praised the posters wholeheartedly and called the organisational efforts exemplary.
