Exhibition organized on the life journey of Ahilyabai Holkar ji on the occasion of her 300th birth anniversary

Today, BJP Noida Mahanagar organized an exhibition on the life journey of Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar ji on the occasion of her 300th birth anniversary at the district office, Sector 116, under the leadership of District President Shri Mahesh Chauhan.

The exhibition of Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar ji was inaugurated by BJP State Vice President and Noida MLA Shri Pankaj Singh by cutting the ribbon.

In his address to all the Noida residents and workers who came to the exhibition, MLA Pankaj Singh said that Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar presented such an example of women power by acquiring proficiency in both weapons and scriptures, which will remain relevant for ages. She carried forward the spirit of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's Hindavi Swarajya by running good governance for 30 years. The basic foundation of her rule was spirituality, service and justice.

The government that came under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in 2014 has again led India towards its cultural roots and values. In such an era, the life of Punyashlok Ahilyabai Ji guides us like a lamppost. Not only her name, but her deeds are also the epitome of 'virtue'.

District President Shri Mahesh Chauhan also told all the workers that Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar, born in a simple farmer family, glorified the state with her mind, words and deeds. Her life shows how much a person can do for the society and the nation with sacrifice, penance and service. She not only acted as a capable ruler, but also played a historic role in the restoration of religion and culture.
