JCI Gwalior Prestige Vipraan Path successfully organised 'LO Development and Training' session at Prestige

JCI Gwalior Prestige Vipraan Path organised a special training session on 'LO Development and Training' under the aegis of JCI Zone-VI at Prestige Management and Research Institute, Gwalior. The objective of this programme was to make the students aware of communication skills and effective management techniques and to help them in their personality development.

On this occasion, the keynote speaker JFM Abhishek Tripathi (Zonal Vice President, Region-A) provided inspirational guidance to the students on various aspects of leadership skills, self-presentation and management efficiency. The programme was presided over by LO President JCI Gwalior JC Honey Sharma.

While addressing the program, Principal Incharge of the Institute, Dr. Rakhi Chauhan said, "Students should participate enthusiastically in such training programs organized by Vipra Path. These programs provide them an opportunity to improve their abilities, so that they can become a capable manager in the future and get proper benefit from it."

Dr. Sneha Rajput, while highlighting the importance of the training session, said, "Such programs prove to be very helpful in developing self-confidence, leadership skills and practical understanding in students."

The program also saw the presence of the dignified staff of the Institute, *Dr. Nischay Kumar Upmanyu, Shri Vishesh Upmanyu, Dr. Praveen Aronkar, Anupam Sharma, who provided guidance and encouragement to the students.

This session proved to be an important initiative towards the overall development of the students, in which they not only gained practical knowledge of management, but also resolved to imbibe it.
