Member and Secretary of Madhya Pradesh Reorganization Commission visited Medical College Datia

Programme of visit of Shri Akshay Singh, Member and Secretary M.P. Reorganization Commission to Government Medical College Datia dated 23.05.2025

Secretary and Member of Madhya Pradesh Reorganization Commission, Shri Akshay Singh visited Government Medical College, Datia today, on this occasion he paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Deepak S. Marawi, Dean and Chief Executive Officer, Government Medical College Datia.

On the arrival of Shri Akshay Singh, he was given a warm welcome by the college administration. During the visit, he inquired about the status of educational and health services of the college and inspected various departments.

Dr. Deepak S. Marawi, Dean and Chief Executive Officer apprised Shri Akshay Singh about the achievements of the college in the past year, challenges and plans to provide better health to Datia city in future as per the instructions of the government. Shri Akshay Singh praised the progress of the college and said that the Commission is constantly striving to further strengthen the structure of medical education of the state.

At the end of the visit, Mr. Akshay Singh also interacted with the faculty members and students and motivated them for quality education and services.

This courtesy visit was a positive initiative towards further strengthening the coordination between the college and the commission!
