New Delhi, April 23 :
The brutal killing of 27 Indians by terrorists in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, yesterday has plunged the entire nation into mourning, sorrow, and outrage. There is immense grief and anger among the people of Delhi as well leaders and workers of the Delhi BJP who are united with the people of the country in mourning.

In honor of the victims, Delhi BJP President Mr. Virendra Sachdeva today announced the cancellation of all previously scheduled political programs of the Delhi BJP on April 23 and 24. He stated that every Indian is committed to avenging the murder of these 27 innocent people.

The mortal remains of some of the Indians killed in Pahalgam reached Delhi Airport today en route to their hometowns, where tributes were paid on behalf of the Delhi Government and the Delhi BJP.

Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Rekha Gupta and Delhi BJP President Mr. Virendra Sachdeva paid heartfelt tribute at Delhi Airport today to the Indians killed in the Pahalgam terrorist attack and expressed their condolences to the bereaved families present there.

Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Rekha Gupta assured the families of the victims that the Government of India stands with them in this time of crisis and will provide every possible support to help them restart their lives.
