Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will do Shramdaan in Bilpura pond on 24th April, will give the message of water conservation

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will give the message of water conservation and conservation of water sources by doing Shramdaan in Bilpura pond of Gram Panchayat Niravali of Gwalior district on 24th April. This program is being organized under the "Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan" of the state government.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will inspire the general public by participating in the renovation work of the pond himself. Along with this, he will also interact with the representatives of local residents and voluntary organizations cooperating in water conservation.

On Monday, Collector Mrs. Ruchika Chauhan and Senior Superintendent of Police Mr. Dharamveer Singh along with other officials of the district administration and police reached Bilpura pond and took stock of the preparations for the program. During this, District Panchayat CEO Mr. Vivek Kumar, Forest Divisional Officer Mr. Ankit Pandey, BJP Rural District President Mr. Prem Singh Rajput, Sarpanch Atar Singh, public representatives and local citizens were also present.

Enthusiasm among villagers, hope of water level increasing

A lot of enthusiasm is being seen among the villagers of Niravali, Jigsouli, Bilpura, Kulath and Dugnawali regarding the program. Villagers say that this initiative will increase the water level of the area and will provide relief in water related problems. Earlier, the pond was deepened with the help of Rotary Club and local residents, due to which the availability of water in the pond remained even in the scorching heat this year.

Revival of the reservoir will be done with public participation

Public representatives, voluntary organizations, school students and a large number of villagers will participate in this Shramdaan program of the Chief Minister. This event will give a new direction to public awareness and participation regarding water conservation in the state.
