Vishwa Hindu Parishad protests against atrocities on Hindus in Murshidabad, demands imposition of President's rule in West Bengal

Mahesh Dhoundiyal - Delhi

Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Delhi Province today strongly condemned the violence against Hindus in West Bengal and held the state Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee responsible for it.

VHP today protested in many areas of Delhi against the attacks on Hindus by Jihadi elements in Murshidabad, West Bengal. VHP delegation including VHP's regional organization minister Shri Mukesh Khandekar, central co-minister Shri Manoj Verma today submitted a memorandum to Her Excellency Madam President through District Magistrates at Daryaganj and Jamnagar House in New Delhi, demanding imposition of President's rule in West Bengal.

On the occasion of this protest, the provincial minister Mr. Gupta said that the way targeted violence was carried out against the Hindu community in Murshidabad in West Bengal on the pretext of opposing the Waqf law and the Mamata government was unable to stop it effectively, the Hindu community of the entire country is hurt by it!

He said that the kind of violence going on against Hindus in West Bengal and Bangladesh bordering West Bengal is highly condemnable. The Mamata government is not able to fulfill its Rajdharma due to the greed for the Muslim vote bank, so it has now become necessary to remove this government and impose President's rule there, only then will the Hindus living there be protected.

Mr. Gupta further said that if the Chief Ministers of the states can go to jail in corruption cases, then Mamata Banerjee, who is responsible for communal violence, should also be in jail because in her eyes the lives of Hindus have no value.
