Police Force to Be Strengthened with Modern Equipment: CM Fadnavis

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced that the police force will be further empowered with advanced equipment and vehicles through the District Annual Plan to enhance efficiency and ensure public safety.At Kondeshwar, he inaugurated residential and administrative buildings for the Amravati Rural Police, new four-wheelers for both rural and city police, an air-conditioned traffic control room, and a women’s rest room.
He emphasized the government's commitment to police modernization, stating that modern resources will improve policing and uplift officers’ living standards. Quality housing is being developed through the Police Housing Corporation, and the DG Loan Scheme has been launched to help officers own homes.The event was attended by ministers, MLAs, MPs, and senior police officials.
