It is our duty to ensure that the invaluable heritage of Jain society reaches a safe place - Kumat

Petlawad Shri Nakoda Parshwa Bhairav ??Trust Mandal Mewanagar Petlawad's Trustee Manish Kumat (Jain) Jhaknawada condemned the deadly attack on Jain monks and said that on Sunday evening, after a journey of about 5 km from Singoli town of Neemuch district, Saint Muniraj stayed for night rest in the temple of Kachhala village. And at around 10 to 11 pm, when Muniraj was taking night rest and one of the three saints was performing his religious rituals, 5-7 inhuman antisocial elements came and picked up one saint who was performing his religious rituals and took him away and beat him very badly with sticks and demanded money from him. When they were begging, they were left on the road thinking them to be dead.

Then again two other saints were also beaten badly with sticks. At night, the saints somehow pleaded for help to save their lives and people from the Jain community of Singoli town reached there and took care of them. Trustee Manish Kumat (Jain) condemned the attack on Jain Muni Shelesh Muniji, Balabhadra Muniji, Munindra Muniji in Singoli near Neemuch and said that attacks are being made on Jain Munis in the state and the country and security of Jain Munis has become necessary. In Singoli, Jain Munis were beaten up by anti-social elements under the influence of alcohol, which is condemnable but the good thing is that the accused have been caught by the police. Manish Kumat (Jain), Trustee of Shri Nakoda Parshwa Bhairav ??Trust Board, Mewanagar Petlawad issued a press release and said that condemning the attack on Jain monks, he has demanded from the government that necessary steps should be taken for the safety of Jain monks so that such acts can be stopped.

Jain Sadhu Saint Muniraj is the invaluable heritage of the entire Jain society, the entire Jain society is angry with the attack on Jain monks. The entire Jain society and all the officials and trustees of Shri Nakoda Parshwa Bhairav ??Trust Board, Mewanagar Petlawad, have condemned the attack on the monks and demanded strict action against the culprits. We should consider it our responsibility to make Jain Sadhu Bhagwans stay at a fixed place. Manish Kumat (Jain), Trustee of Shri Nakoda Parshwa Bhairav ??Trust Board, Mewanagar Petlawad (Madhya Pradesh) Jhaknawada said that Jain Sadhu Sadhvi Muni Bhagwant is the invaluable heritage of the Jain society. Therefore, I request the entire Jain community to look after the food and lodging service of the sages and saints who travel in their respective areas with full responsibility. And make them travel from your area and if they travel further, then inform the head of the next village or city, so that no untoward incident happens to the sages and saints, the invaluable heritage of our society. So that the heritage of our society remains safe because if there are saints, then there is society. The government administration should also provide security arrangements in the travel service of sages and saints.
