Big personalities gathered in Indian Journalism Festival in Indore

Tahir Kamaal Siddiqui - Indore

The three-day Indian Journalism Festival of State Press Club, Madhya Pradesh was inaugurated in a very dignified and grand ceremony. Big personalities of journalism and politics gathered in it. There were three sessions on the first day and in every session, media persons and learned speakers from all over the country spoke boldly on the theme of AI's merits and demerits and change - 2047. Even before the opening session started, the premises of the Jal Auditorium were filled with media persons, influencers, academicians and research students from all over the country.

Indian Journalism Festival was inaugurated by BJP's national spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi, former Union Minister Suresh Pachauri, senior Upendra Rai, BJP's media in-charge Ashish Usha Agarwal, State Press Club MP's President Praveen Khariwal, Secretary Sudesh Tiwari, Navneet Shukla, Rachna Johri by lighting the lamp.

The first session started with the topic of AI's storm and future. Speaking on this topic, senior journalist and Bharat Express CMD Upendra Rai said that I do not see Artificial Intelligence as a threat even by one percent. If one crore jobs are lost from India due to AI, then 95 crore more will definitely come. Even if jobs are lost in journalism, then they will be of anchors, not content creators. There is a deep difference between human intelligence and machine intelligence. Machines can give limited suggestions, humans cannot. If we compete with machines, we will definitely lose, but competing is foolishness. We want to be what we are not, and we do not want to be what we are. No matter how big technology takes, it can never match humans. He further said that whenever new technology has come to India, we have only made progress. Today's time is the most beautiful time on earth. Do not be afraid of AI, learn to use it properly.

BJP's state media in-charge Ashish Usha Agarwal said that it is very important for journalism to coordinate with AI. The coordination of AI and journalism will make this profession even better.

Former Union Minister Suresh Pachori, on the similarity between journalists and politicians, said that journalists are also tested every day. Politicians are tested once in five years during elections. Saint Vinoba Bhave says that a thermometer measures fever because it does not have fever. I have had close relations with the Saptarishis of journalism. I can say that wherever AI is useful, there seriousness and caution must be taken in its use. As far as the use of AI is concerned, its utility in education, media, medical is in gathering data. I would humbly request that we make a code of conduct regarding the use of AI.

BJP National Spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi said that today India, Indian culture has also forgotten power, now it is also slowly remembering that power and culture. Journalism should remind us to awaken that dormant consciousness of India. He further said that 65 years ago, the world's man went to the moon, today we are discussing AI here. AI also solves problems. The importance lies in the fact that how will the person who uses the intelligence be.

Our intelligence can react, but cannot make you experience it. AI will give knowledge. It is difficult for AI to experience happiness and sorrow.

We should understand this modern world in three words- atom, computer and commodity. When it comes to experience, India will be the biggest expert. Most of the countries of the world have seen big revolutions, but not in India, because here the inside of the human mind is explored. India is the land of Sankranti, not revolution. 66 crore people gathered in Prayag Raj Kumbh, but not a single case of assault or molestation was registered. People do everything for money, some do it for physical strength and some for wealth and fame.

People who came from abroad to Kumbh were seeing something that Naga Sanyasis do not want anything. Even if you thank a Naga, he gets angry. Naga Sadhus want to keep themselves away from gold, women and fame.

As you move ahead in this field, you will gradually understand everything.

He further said that Europe was powerful till the Second World War. When America made the atom bomb, all the power went away from Europe and America became a superpower.

If we analyse every 25 years to see how the world changes when technology changes, then India is nowhere to be seen in that period. We were standing behind during the atom bomb era. In 1950-75, we started appearing in the Space Age (ISRO). In 1975-2000, we were emerging in Silicon Valley. Microsoft set up an office in Bangalore.

In 2000-25, Garry Kasparov of Russia was playing chess on a computer.

Today India is number one in digital transactions. 48% of transactions are happening only in India. In 25-50, during Amrit Kaal, technology will answer the attempts to divide India by creating war. Internet has posed a challenge to Muslim countries. As technology progressed, India's achievements started coming to the fore. After the advent of AI, it told when it was built and when it dried up. It told the truth about Ram Setu built in Treta Yug. When technology did mapping of Ram Mandir, the structure became visible. Attempts were made to create war in India by their ancestors, their ancestors. Technology told that save the umbilical cord of the child. It can tell which disease will he suffer and when in the future.

After the arrival of AI, Wuhan was considered the cause of COVID, people started eating bats. Knowledge should be imparted keeping in mind the eligibility.

Today laser guided missiles come, where to fall in which country. Which class, caste to kill will be decided in genome sequence. Genome sequence is going to change the thinking of society. All the theories will be destroyed.

How technology changes journalism- In the year 2004-05, nothing was asked to politicians in interviews except Godhra. Now it has been bypassed by social media. It started giving other information. In the year 2014, the picture itself changed. As the media became independent, the BJP became stronger. 30 Katu In 1990, bullets were fired in Ayodhya, the government said - nothing happened there, but the newspapers told the truth of the dome being destroyed. In 2010, social media gave us power.

He further said that AI tools

I consider the time of AI's awakening, India's awakening. Democratization is happening in journalism. It started influencing the intellectual class. The second idea started getting a place in the year 2014. Democratization of media is happening.

AI will take it to a new dimension. Modi government has made a provision of ten thousand crores for AI, out of which 500 crores has been kept in education. The fight for language will emerge as a challenge in real time.

New jobs will start, their basic basis will start changing. In the coming days, most of the jobs will be project-focused. Politics related to jobs will change in two decades.

The special thing is that India is creating a digital database of 5G speed. The era of AI jobs will change.

AI did calculations on the basis of faces. Now even if the person's face is covered, the AI ??operated computer will find you from the database. AI will also challenge those who challenge for law and order.

If you concentrate, you will get knowledge, this was said a hundred years ago. Today you can read any newspaper on mobile.

He further said that the input data of AI is human and the input data of human is God.

A few years ago, the Taj Mahal was discussed. A bad experience was associated with it that Shah Jahan used to get limited water. He used to say that Hindu people offer water to their ancestors during Pitru Paksha. Where is this technology going to take us?

India's time has come, this is the time, the right time. We have to become a friend of the world, not a superpower. Brains will win with AI.

News 18 anchor Sudesh Nain said that the change brought by AI in journalism will only open the way to success. It may be a little difficult for those who are already in the field. But people of all age groups will have to learn it. This is the race of AI, to stay in this race you will have to bring changes in yourself. See the positive Sai Baba of Artificial Intelligence. See the arrival of AI in life as an opportunity and the means of learning has also been given to you by AI. Today we can do any work productively in a few minutes with the help of AI.

Senior journalist Dinesh K Vohra said that I want to tell the youth to have faith in themselves, whether you have a degree or not, you must have skills. There will always be changes in life, you have to adopt the change and go with it. Never underestimate yourself, those who are not with you today, will clap for you after some time. The winner is not the one who says, the one who does. You are the actor of your life. The only difference between AI and us is that AI cannot even think about what is not fed into it. AI can never be more powerful than humans, if AI is Gabbar then why don't we make ourselves Jai and Veeru.

The guests released the AI ??based app spc ai media app of State Press Club Madhya Pradesh. This is the first such app in the country, which was created by State Press Club M.P. Its specialty is that whatever you say during live reporting, it will convert it into text at the same moment. No typing and no worries about deadlines. This app will also reveal the truth of fake news.

Ajay Bhat, Sonali Yadav, Akash Chouksey welcomed the guests. Ashok Barjatya, Sudesh Gupta, Kumar Lahoti presented the symbols. The program was conducted by Alok Vajpayee. Sanjeev Srivastava expressed gratitude.

The topic of the last session was AI and elections.

NDTV Politics Editor Himanshu Shekhar said that China made the first law to regulate AI. India is also working in this direction. Old laws are also being changed. He further said that the Modi government did the work of bringing the government on social media. Today the Prime Minister has his own Twitter account and he tweets many things about his government. All this has been made possible by technology. However, there was a time when the Prime Minister neither had his own email nor a Twitter account. Senior journalist of Punjab Kesari, Mukesh Meena said that the use of AI tools in elections is increasing. Along with this, its disadvantages and negative aspects are also coming to the fore. Big politicians are using Artificial Intelligence excessively. There is a need to be cautious in some situations. Many media institutions have also prepared their own wings to check the correct information. In the coming time, its use will increase further and so will employment. We need to understand AI and use it in the right way. We are using phones and internet excessively in today's time, which is not right.

If we use AI correctly, we will get better results, if we keep thinking about the bad consequences, we will not be able to do anything.

Vivek Agarwal, a senior journalist from Mumbai, said that Artificial Intelligence is that which does not have its own understanding, its own intelligence, this name itself is wrong. The name will be correct only when AI will think with its own intelligence, and will help us to move forward. A few days ago I had asked Chat Gpity about the biggest criminals of the country. AI told the names of Subhash Chandra Bose and Bhagat Singh. I could not believe my eyes that how can AI give such wrong information. This is the danger. Never think that whatever is being shown on the internet is the complete truth. Otherwise we will cause the biggest loss to life. With the advent of AI, employment opportunities will decrease in some places, but will also increase. Jobs of software engineers are ending, but the problem that is arising is who will make the software. It is unfortunate that our country with a population of 140-145 crores is not making its own AI tools because our children are not taught to become entrepreneurs from childhood. We have to teach our children to become job givers instead of job seekers.
