The cricket tournament in the memory of advocate NM Saxena and Vanmali Lal Dwivedi has started today, Sunday, March 23, in Dabra. On the opening day, the first match was played between Dabra Nagar Palika XI and the police administration in which the police administration won. Batting first in the 15 overs match, the team of Dabra Nagar Palika set a target of 114 runs in front of the team of Dabra Police Administration, in which constable Avinash Patsaria, playing from the team of Dabra Police Administration, displayed his best bowling and took four wickets first, after that, giving a great contribution from his bat, played a brilliant innings of 39 runs and took his team to victory. Avinash Patsaria remained in the match till the end, and returned by remaining not out and giving victory to his team, Avinash has also been declared Man of the Match for his all-round performance.

While the Nagar Palika Ekadashi team was led by Nagar Palika CMO Pradeep Bhadoria, the Police XI team was led by Dabra City Police Station in-charge Yashwant Goyal. Let us tell you there that a total of 8 teams are taking part in the tournament being held under the aegis of Bar Association Dabra, which includes Civil Court XI Dabra, Civil Court XI Bhitarwar, Revenue Department XI Dabra, Police XI Dabra City, Bar Association Dabra XI (A) and (B), Nagar Palika XI Dabra, and Journalist Association XI Dabra. A total of 8 teams are included in the tournament, all matches of which will be played at the stadium ground of Dabra. The tournament was started today by the chief guest ADJ Dabra Court in-charge Jyoti Rajput and the President of the Bar Association by tossing the coin of the tournament.
