Lecture on prevention of TB and kidney disease and healthy lifestyle organized under the aegis of regional CWA

An awareness lecture on the topic "Prevention and control of TB and kidney disease" and healthy lifestyle was organized under the aegis of regional CWA at Group Center, CRPF. In this program, eminent medical experts Dr. Shailendra Singh Bhadauria and Dr. Shweta Maheshwari through their lecture elaborately highlighted the causes, symptoms and preventive measures of TB and kidney disease. And said that if we see any symptoms of any disease, then we should not take it lightly, but should consult the concerned doctor and get treatment, then we can avoid serious diseases.

Also, famous motivational speaker Rajyogi BK Prahlad of Brahmakumaris Institute presented inspirational thoughts on the importance of positive thinking and healthy lifestyle. And said that to avoid diseases, take satvik food and include yoga and meditation in your daily routine. If you practice meditation daily, your mind will become strong and if you include pranayam and exercise, your body will remain healthy. Also, to remain happy always, develop the habit of thinking positively in every situation.

The program was chaired by Mrs. Sunita Nigam, President of Regional CWA, who was assisted by Mrs. Sarita Verma. Mr. PC Gupta, Commandant, other officers, personnel and their families were present in large numbers in the program.

The purpose of this event was to make CRPF personnel and their families aware of serious health related diseases. During the lecture, experts not only told the measures to prevent these diseases, but also emphasized on adopting a healthy lifestyle.

At the end of the program, Mrs. Sunita Nigam expressed her gratitude to all the guests, doctors and the people present and emphasized the need to continue such awareness programs.
