Advocate Zainulabidin will file a petition in the High Court: The matter is about defaming the community in the name of fake birth certificate.

Akola | Recently, under the pressure of the baseless allegations made by Krit Somaiya, the Akola city and tehsil administration, Amravati city and tehsil administration have started unnecessarily taking strict action against the citizens of the city and district. Especially, a particular community is being targeted in matters related to birth certificate. Seeing this situation, Advocate Zainulabidin has called it unjust and warned of filing a petition in the High Court. Advocate Zainulabidin said in a press conference that Krit Somaiya had falsely accused some people of being Bangladeshi citizens. But in the detailed investigation of the administration, not a single person was found to be Bangladeshi. He told that surnames like Khan, Pathan, Sheikh and Syed are common in the Muslim society. However, those with surname Sheikh add Au, Peer, Ahmed, Mohammad, Abdul etc. to their names, and women have titles like Begum, Parveen, Bano, Anjum.

During the investigation process of the administration, some persons found minor variations in their names, like someone's documents had 'Ahmed' written instead of 'Abdul'. But this mistake could also be at the administrative level. A thorough investigation is required before putting anyone in legal trouble. The administration should act impartially instead of hastily blaming someone.
