The 5-year election of the hospital registered and recognized by the Delhi Government, registration number 52744, for the year 2025 - 30, which was held on 29 January 2025, has been declared newly elected. Today, on March 8, 2025, the oath taking ceremony was held by the officials. In this oath taking ceremony, in the presence of GB Pant Hospital's Medical Director Dr. Anil Agarwal, Additional Medical Superintendent Dr. Dharmendra Gupta, Security Incharge Dr. Hukum Singh Meena and Administrative Officer Pankaj Joshi S.O. Saheb Yogesh Kumar, the new executive of SC/ST/OBC and Minority Employees Welfare Association registered and recognized by the Delhi Government, registered number 52744/2005, for the year 2025-30, the newly elected unopposed selected officials were sworn in by the Chief Election Officer Nitin Chaudhary. In which chairman Jitendra Kumar Saxena, head Naresh Kumar Marothia, vice-head Rahul Chauhan, general secretary Vijendra Kumar Chandelia, secretary Parminder co-secretary Adil Hussain, advisor Sanjay Valmiki, treasurer Jaswinder Singh, office secretary Pinky, media secretary Ashok Kumar Yadav and executive members Sanjay Duggal, Manoj Kumar, Dharamveer Rathi, Jitendra Prasad, Vijay Kumar, Sarika Sunita were sworn in. Along with this, the chief guest Dr. Anil Agarwal, Medical Director, dedicated the association office to the organization after getting it renovated.

Floral tribute was offered to the statue of Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar installed in the association office. On this occasion, former head and general secretary Ashok Pradhan, Rameshwar Mahesh Malik and Madanlal Surendra Chandelia honored all the administrative officers, Dr. Anil Agarwal, Medical Director and Dr. Dharmendra Gupta, Additional Medical Superintendent by wearing a turban and honored the administrative officers, Administrative Officer Pankaj Joshi, Security Officer Dr. Hukum Singh Meena, SO Saheb Yogesh Kumar by presenting a shawl and garland. On this occasion, Dr. Anil Agarwal, Medical Director, Dr. Dharmendra Gupta, Additional Medical Superintendent and all the administrative officers presented oath taking letters and certificates to the newly elected executive officer members. On this occasion, Medical Director Dr. Anil Agarwal motivated all the employees to cooperate for the good service of patients. Chief Guest Dr. Anil Agarwal, Medical Director, GB Pant Hospital, JIPMER assured the employees that the pending work of the employees in the administration will be done as soon as possible.

The employees whose medical bills, pension bills, tuition fees bills of the children of the employees and LTC bills could not be paid due to any reason will be paid soon. Along with this, he assured the employees that by standing shoulder to shoulder with the employees, keeping in mind the supreme religion of humanity, the government and officers will cooperate to make the hospital of high standard by sharing their ideas and suggestions with the administration to provide high level facilities to the patients in their city, state and along with this, all the officers will always be ready and will provide cooperation for the work of the employees by the administrative officers. Along with this, all the newly elected officers were congratulated and the administration was assured that we all will work shoulder to shoulder with each other.
