Gwalior Police tops in computerization of crime and criminals

Gwalior Police has achieved top ranking in the entire state in Inter Operational Criminal Justice System (ICJS) and E-Rakshak in computerization of crime and criminal records. SP Dharmveer Singh is reviewing the situation by holding two meetings in a month to collect and computerize crime and criminal data. Gwalior is at third place in CCTNS. Rajgarh and Ratlam are at the top, but Gwalior is at the top in metro cities. In E-Rakshak, police collects data of suspicious vehicles and if needed, finds the location on the basis of vehicle number plate in CCTV. In the data record of criminals, the criminal's record is also extracted through face reading. Gwalior Police has got third ranking in the state in terms of FIRs registered in the district in CCTNS, but is at the first place in the ranking of metro cities.
