Successful conclusion of 25th Baba Gurbachan Singh Memorial Cricket Tournament with enthusiasm and unity

Realizing the sacred message of service, dedication and unity, the 25th Baba Gurbachan Singh Memorial Cricket Tournament (Silver Jubilee) concluded with a grand finale at Sant Nirankari Spiritual Place, Samalkha (Haryana). This prestigious competition, which started on 26 February 2025, saw the participation of 24 best teams from across the country, among whom a wonderful confluence of sports skills and spiritual values ??was seen.

In the semi-final stage of this competition, the teams of Bhatinda, Bareilly, Agra and Chandigarh made it to the final four by performing brilliantly. In the final match of 13 March 2025, tremendous sportsmanship was seen between the teams of Agra and Bhatinda, in which the Agra team won the final match of the competition with its hard work, discipline and sportsmanship and achieved Vijayshree. The title of Man of the Series was given to Mr. Deepak Rajput (Agra). In this tournament, the players were felicitated by giving them certificates to keep their morale high.

The entire tournament was organised under the leadership of Shri Joginder Sukhija Ji (Secretary, Sant Nirankari Mandal) as per the holy instructions of Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj. On this occasion, he said that this tournament was not just a platform for competition but became a medium for the players to express mutual harmony, love and unity in a lively manner.

In the grand closing ceremony of the tournament, the Chief Guest, Shri S.L. Garg (Convener, Central Planning Advisory Board) felicitated the winning team by giving them the trophy. On this auspicious occasion, the Head of Sant Nirankari Mandal, Shrimati Rajkumari Ji was also present. In her inspirational address, she said that sports are not limited to only victory and defeat, but it is a symbol of self-development, discipline, team spirit and collective dedication.

This tournament was not just a sporting event but a spiritual movement inspired by the teachings of Satguru Mata Ji, which displayed an excellent display of love, harmony and universal brotherhood. The players took part in the field not only to win but also to imbibe and propagate the highest values ??of humanity.
