Preparations for Shivratri in full swing

Preparations for Shivratri are in full swing at Dudheshwar Mahadev Temple, which is full of natural beauty on the banks of Anas river, 5 km from Meghnagar.

Ravi Verma of Dudheshwar Mahadev Temple Committee said that as per every year, this year too, on the occasion of Shivratri, havan, bhakti, and huge prasadi distribution will be organized by social worker Brijendra Chunnu Sharma's family and friends' circle. The work of cleaning the premises, etc. has been completed by the members of the committee. Purushottam Sharma of the committee said that 31 years ago, in the year 1994, on the occasion of Shivratri, the Pran Pratishtha of this temple was completed. The influence of the temple is increasing so much that the number of devotees coming here every year is increasing. Also, being on the banks of Anas river, the natural beauty of this place attracts devotees.

The members of the committee have appealed to the people of the area to come in large numbers and avail the benefits.
