Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior's Law Department successfully organized a one-day session on the topic of 'Being Light: Emotional Wellbeing'

A one-day program was organized on the topic of 'Being Light' on 20.02.2025 in the institute under the joint aegis of Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior's Law Department and Indian Medical Association, Gwalior. Dr. Brajesh Singhal, Dr. Aditi Gupta and Mr. VK Kriti were present to represent the Indian Medical Association in this program. The honorable guests explained in detail about emotional wellbeing and also told that how the students can protect themselves from the pressure and stress of daily routine and how to stay happy, the children were explained about this through activities and lectures and the importance of meditation for mental peace was also explained. During the program, answers were also given to the curious questions of the children. The institute's director Dr. Nishant Joshi, deputy director Dr. Tarika Singh, and the principal of the law department Dr. Rakhi Singh were present in the program. They shed light on the topic of how one's lifestyle can be organized through meditation and also shared their views.

Around 200 students of the law department were present during the program. The program was conducted by the law department and all the associate professors of the law department, Ashish Yadav, associate professor Abil Hussain, associate professor Mansi Gupta, associate professor Shweta Singh and associate professor Rahul Srivastava were present during the program. In the end, Dr. Akshay Bhargava expressed his gratitude to everyone.
