Gwalior: Amidst wedding ceremony, fire breaks out in marriage garden, accident caused by gas cylinder leakage

Gwalior. A massive fire broke out at Kamleshwar Vatika located across the river in Murar area at around 1:30 pm on Sunday night. At the time of the incident, a wedding ceremony was going on in the garden. During this time, food was being cooked on the gas stove, when a leakage in the gas cylinder caused a fire. As soon as the fire broke out, there was a stampede among the people present in the garden. However, as soon as the fire was detected, the employees of the garden immediately started the water motor and extinguished the fire by pouring water on it.

Curtains, furniture and other items burnt

Due to leakage in the gas cylinder, the fire spread so much that the curtains, furniture and other items in the marriage garden were burnt to ashes. Fortunately, the employees of the garden showed wisdom and immediately started the water motor and extinguished the fire by pouring water on it, which averted a major incident. However, other people present in the garden informed the fire brigade about the fire. As soon as the information was received, two fire brigade vehicles reached the spot, but by then the fire had been extinguished to a large extent. The fire brigade personnel completely extinguished the remaining fire by pouring water on it. Fire brigade officer Atibal Singh Yadav said that by the time the fire brigade vehicle reached the spot, the fire had been extinguished to a large extent. The remaining fire was extinguished by the fire brigade personnel. There has been no loss of life in this incident.
