With regard to the Execution of Shahzadi khan

Shahzadi Khan was Social Worker in India and was involved in Social Work for last many years having well network of People, She was allured by one of her known name as  Uzair @ Panna Chaudhry, for manageable house hold chorus in Abu Dhabi but on the second hand he has sold her to his relatives with an amount. Uzair @ Panna Chaudhry has kept her documents and ATM, when she was in Abu Dhabi He used to withdraw amount from his disability pension account.

 She lived there for almost one year. On 7^th of December 2022 Children Died in very mysterious circumstances Just few Hours after vaccination, but the Employer Nazia, Faiz and Nabeel has made a purported video confessing her crime of homicide in the month of February. In the month of February 2023, she was handed Over to Abu Dhabi Authority. After that she became incommunicado.

No any Indian Authority whatsoever has called and informed the Father of the deceased in any manner with regard to the case of Shahzadi khan.

31.07.2023 The Court of First Instance awarded Death penalty on flimsy ground without any adequate legal representation or assistance.

In September 2023 the father any how with the help of well- wishers of Shahzadi khan got informed in this regard and with the help of friends One Lawyer named Abdul Karim Al Eid was hired to file the appeal against the order passed vide dated 31.07.2023. Unfortunately, the appeal got dismissed on 28 Feb 2024 and conviction was upheld. The last recourse was the mercy petition for which many communications was established with the Indian Embassy Abu Dhabi but nothing concrete came out. Family is not aware whether any Mercy Petition on behalf of Shahzadi Khan was filed or not. In fact, a Copy of mercy petition was sent through e-mail to the Indian Embassy Abu Dhabi for further process but the fate of that mercy petition is not known.

On 14^th of February 2025 last call was received from Shahzadi khan as a last wish from Abu Dhabi. The Indian Embassy Abu Dhabi, Ministry of external affairs, PMO was communicated in this regard but it could not be ascertained. After filing of Petition before Delhi High Court it was officially stated by the UNION of INDIA that She has been executed and burial is on 5^th of March 2025.

Moot question:-

1.  What legal assistance did the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi provide at the Court of First Instance? Who was the assigned legal representative? How many court appearances did this representative make during the trial? What was their demonstrated experience practicing before the Court of First Instance?

1.  Was she arrested by Abu Dhabi authorities without the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi being informed?
2.  Had she been consulted by lawyer for the preparation of case at any point of time?
3. Had She confessed before the Court?
4. If the Indian Embassy was notified and provided legal representation, does it possess a case file? And, were the case documents and proceedings communicated to the family?

1.  Had the embassy Provided the legal assistance at the Stage of Appeal?

1. If the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi had knowledge of the case from the outset, what form of conciliation meetings, if any, were conducted or communicated to the victim's family?

1.  Did the Indian Embassy forward a mercy petition or application to the Government of Abu Dhabi? If so, is there a rejection order for that mercy petition or application?
2.  According to Abu Dhabi's regulations, is it possible for a convicted individual to be executed without their embassy being informed or notified? Was the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi notified prior to the execution? Or, was the execution carried out without informing or notifying the Indian Embassy?
3. "Were any officials from the Indian Embassy present at the time of the execution? Was she executed without the presence of the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi?"
4. When and on what date Indian Embassy Got Notification of the execution? 

1. As per Islamic Practice and Rituals Dead Body must be buried as soon as possible, then why the Burial of Shahzadi khan is being taken Place after 20 days? Had the Indian embassy enquired the reason for this delay in burial? What was the official Statement for this delay?
2. What was the compelling reason Indian Embassy Abu Dhabi did notinform the Parents of  Shahzadi Khan. ?

                      Our Demand

1.  Provide the Complete Judicial Record of the case Officially by the Indian Embassy Abu Dhabi Including and Specifically The Order of  rejection of Mercy  Petition.
2. Hand Over all the Belongings what so ever it is of Shahzadi Khan to the family Members through proper channel.
3. If Any Indian died on foreign Land, there must be postmortem to ascertain the cause of  Death
4. Initiate CBI enquiry against Those who has send Shahzadi to Abu Dhabi.
5. Make proper arrangement for all Indians facing legal case on foreign land Properly and diligently

If an Indian citizen dies on foreign soil, whether due to natural causes, accident, or any other reason, the repatriation of their remains to India will be facilitated at government expense."
