Meeting held under the chairmanship of Collector to prepare for the proposed visit of Chief Minister Collector and Superintendent of Police inspected the bus stand

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav's visit to Jhabua is proposed on 9 March 2025 to participate in Jhabua Bhagoria.

Collector Neha Meena and Superintendent of Police Shri Padma Vilochan Shukla inspected the bus stand and took stock of the preparations. Collector Neha Meena inspected the cleanliness of the venue, security arrangements, stage arrangements, barricading, traffic arrangements.

A meeting was held by Collector Neha Meena to ensure necessary arrangements during the proposed visit program of Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Government for Bhagoria festival in Jhabua. In the meeting, the Collector directed to make law and security arrangements for the entire program and said that proper arrangements should be ensured to conduct the program of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav in a dignified manner. Arrangements for accommodation of guests and other protocol arrangements should be ensured. Instructions were given to make stage and green room arrangements at the venue, helipad arrangements, rest house arrangements, signal arrangements for helicopter, certification of strength of the stage, cleanliness and other arrangements at the helipad, tent and green room arrangements and public announcement arrangements.

The Collector directed the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Jhabua to provide bamboo/bales as per requirement for barricading at the helipad site for security, arrangements for security from wild animals/stray cattle at the helipad site and to get necessary repair work done on the road from the helipad to the venue. Instructions were given to ensure continuous power supply at the venue, generator arrangements during power cuts etc., getting exemption from power cuts and arranging wires on the route.

Establishment of temporary medical room at the venue, making 01 ambulance with medical team available to police for carcade, parking of ambulance at helipad venue and making necessary arrangements for antivenom, stretcher, glucose etc. Keeping in mind the protocol, instructions were given to ensure other necessary arrangements.

Instructions were given to make fire fighting arrangements, cleanliness arrangements and other arrangements at the entire venue, arrangement of fire brigade and temporary toilet arrangements as per the requirement at the venue and helipad venue. Arrangement of water on the stage, checking the quality of drinking water at the venue and helipad venue and other necessary water related actions, making necessary arrangements for cans and glasses attached to it for drinking water distribution. Making drinking water arrangements for duty staff at the entire venue.

During this, Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Jitendra Singh Chauhan, Additional Superintendent of Police PL Kurve, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Jhabua Bhaskar Gachle, SDOP Mrs. Rooprekha Yadav, Assistant Commissioner Tribal Affairs Department Mrs. Nisha Mehra and other officers were present.
