A peace committee meeting was organized in Meghnagar police station premises regarding the upcoming festivals.

Public representatives expressed their views in this important meeting. Subdivisional officer Ritika Patidar said that all festivals should be celebrated together and peacefully.

The Meghnagar police station in-charge has geared up to protect the common man from the crowds that gather in the markets during the festivals and from thieves, pickpockets and miscreants. The police captain has instructed all the station in-charges to keep a close watch on their respective police station areas and ensure that the festivals are celebrated peacefully. In view of the upcoming festivals, the Meghnagar police is already looking alert and vigilant.
