Indore. Senior photographer of art and culture Preeti Mann said that in today's era it is easy to become a photographer but it is difficult to remain a photographer.

Ms. Mann came to Indore for the Samvad program of State Press Club, MP. At the beginning of the Samvad program, President of State Press Club, MP Praveen Khariwal and Treasurer Sonali Yadav welcomed Ms. Mann.

Ms. Mann of Dhamanod of Nimar made photography her career during her hobby of traveling. While doing photography of art and culture events and shooting documentaries in BBC, Ms. Mann has become a well-known photographer of the country today. She said in the Samvad program that today's generation is moving rapidly towards photography. Mobile phone is the main reason for this. Instant work can be done with mobile phone but excellent quality photography is possible only with cameras. In the context of mobile journalism, Ms. Mann said that the opportunities for photography in print media have become limited, while photography is being used more and more rapidly in online or mobile journalism. Now in media organizations, reporters have to do photography and videography with mobile, but we have to accept that the reporter's sense of story remains focused only on the story. Right now photography is passing through old and new technology. The coming time will decide which is better.

Ms. Mann said that there is no difference between male and female photographers. Like men, she has also done photography by climbing walls and trees and has also faced pushes. She told that despite living in New Delhi, she has covered events like Simhastha, Tribal Museum Bhopal, Bhagoria in Madhya Pradesh. In the coming days, she will go to do photography at places of historical importance like Bagh, Chanderi, Orchha, Gwalior. She also told that in the coming few months she is going to do a portrait photography exhibition in Bhopal. Along with this, in her career, she is also publishing a book based on the detailed interviews of forty-seven artists of the country.

Ms. Mann said that these days there is a good scope in wedding photography. Degree holders are also coming into this field. She told that the basic mantra of photography is right time, right place, right click. Cartoonist Govind Lahoti 'Kumar' presented a caricature. Senior journalists Mohan Narwariya, Sameer Khan, Jitendra Singh Bhatia and Sudesh Gupta presented souvenirs and media literature. In the end, Meena Rana Shah expressed her gratitude.
