Liquor ban will be implemented in MP from April 1, shops will be closed forever

Bhopal. Steps are being taken towards liquor ban in Madhya Pradesh. State CM Mohan Yadav has announced to stop the sale of liquor in 17 religious cities of the state. This announcement has been welcomed by the general public. This decision of liquor ban will be implemented from April 1. After this, liquor will be available at all places in 38 districts of the state as before. Liquor has been banned in 17 religious cities of MP. Liquor ban will be implemented here from April 1. From this day, a total of 47 liquor shops in all cities will be closed forever. Due to this decision of the CM, the state government will have to lose revenue of about 450 crores. Liquor shops will be closed in these places

Liquor shops will be closed in the urban limits of Ujjain, Maihar, Datia, Panna, Mandla, Mandsaur, Multai of Betul district, Omkareshwar of Khandwa district, Maheshwar of Khargone district, Mandleshwar of Dewas district, Orchha of Niwari district, Chitrakoot of Satna district and Amarkantak of Anuppur district. Liquor sale will also be closed in Kundalpur, Bandakpur of Damoh district, Barmankalan, Barman Khurd of Narsinghpur district, Salkanpur of Sehore district and Linga of Balaghat district. Thus, 47 liquor shops of 17 cities will be closed from April 1.
