Three-day grand currency festival Money-Fair in Gandhi Hall from February 14

Indore. A three-day exhibition of the oldest currency, coins and postage stamps and Currency Festival-2025 will be organized in Gandhi Hall Indore from February 14 to 16. Chief organizers world-renowned numismatists Girish Sharma "Aditya" and Viraj Bhargava informed that currency collectors, businessmen and scholar researchers from various states will also participate in this event. Famous auction houses of the country will also specially participate in the fair. The fair organized under the joint aegis of National Currency Council, Currency Research Trust Indore Numismatic, Philatelic Society, Bhargava Auction and Archaeological Currency Festival will be inaugurated on February 14 at 11 am in Gandhi Hall.

Chief guest MP Shankar Lalwani and Water Resources Minister of Madhya Pradesh Government Shri Tulsiram Silawat will inaugurate the Currency Festival. Mahamandaleshwar Shri Rajanand Yogi will also be a special guest on this occasion. Famous archaeologist and numismatic scholar of Nagpur, Shri Ashok Singh Thakur and Thakur Ranavijay Singh will be the chief guests. In this three-day Mudra Mahotsav, eminent senior scholars will be honoured with Jeevan Gaurav Samman. Emerging and young collectors will be honoured with Mudra Ratna Samman.

Open auction of rare coins will be conducted by Indore's young collector Viraj Bhargava through "Bhargava Auction" on 15th February at 4 pm. Indore's well-known numismatic scholar Dr. Shashikant Bhatt, Dau Lal Jeweller, Laxmikant ji Jain and stamp collector Shri Ravindra Narayan Pehlwan, Major Dr. Gupta, Munna Bhargava, Manoj Shastri etc. have been nominated in the welcome committee of Mudra Utsav. Rishiraj Upadhyay, Pushpendra Kumar Parekh, Prof. Shivam Chaturvedi, Rajesh Shah, Alok Khadiwala will be prominent in the management of the event. Mudra Utsav will be free from 11 am to 7 pm.
