Municipal Commissioner Sanghpriya became the man of the match in the cricket match between the corporation administration and the councilor eleven.

Gwalior. To create awareness about cleanliness, a friendly cricket match was played between the Municipal Corporation Councilor Eleven and the Municipal Administration Eleven under IEC activity. In this cricket match, the Municipal Corporation defeated the Councilor Eleven by 91 runs. During the cricket match, many activities were also organized to create awareness about cleanliness.

In the friendly cricket match played between the Councilor Eleven and the Municipal Administration Eleven, the Municipal Corporation Captain Municipal Commissioner Sanghpriya won the toss and decided to bat first and the Corporation, batting first, gave the Councilor Eleven a target of 184 runs. In this, Assistant Sports Officer Naman Kaurav scored the highest 43 runs in 15 balls and the Municipal Administration Team Captain Sanghpriya scored 24 runs. The Councilor Eleven team, who came to bat, could only score 94 runs in the stipulated overs, due to which the Municipal Administration won by 91 runs. In the match played between Corporation Administration XI and Councillor XI, trophies were made using unused iron material to give to the winner and runner-up team, which were given to the winner and runner-up team. In the friendly cricket match, four different coloured dustbins were kept to make people aware about cleanliness. The colour of the dustbin in which the garbage is thrown was written so that people can identify the right coloured dustbin and use it.

During the match, Mayor Dr. Shobha Satish Singh Sikarwar, Leader of Opposition Haripal and Mayor and Council members Mrs. Monica Sharma, Mrs. Premlata Jain, Mrs. Sunita Kushwaha and other councillors were present and encouraged the players. The programme was conducted by Assistant Nodal Sports Officer Ms. Vijeta Singh Chauhan. All the arrangements for the event were made by Deputy Commissioner Sports Satyapal Singh Chauhan, Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Bansal, Assistant Sports Officer Ayodhya Sharan Sharma and Ms. Shraddha Sharma.

In the friendly cricket match played between Corporation Administration XI and Councilor XI, the Man of the Match award was given to Corporation Commissioner Sangh Priya for scoring 24 runs and taking 1 wicket. The Best Batsman award was given to Assistant Sports Officer Naman Kaurav for scoring 43 runs. The Best Bowler award was given to Councilor Pramod Khare and the Best Fielder award was given to Councilor Jitendra Mudgal.
