Municipal Corporation's demolition officer Shailendra Chauhan removed the carts and kiosks with the help of police

On Saturday, the Municipal Corporation and the police took joint action against the hand-cart vendors who were affecting the traffic in the city's markets and fair grounds. During the action, the seized goods were deposited in the demolition department of the corporation.

Mudakhlat officers Keshav Singh Chauhan and Shailendra Singh Chauhan said that the demolition team (South) removed the carts, kiosks, four-wheelers and other temporary encroachments standing outside the 1000-bed hospital, Aam Kho Kampu, Gwalior Gate. In the Gwalior Trade Fair premises, the hand-carts and stalls on the road in various Chhatris, Kashmiri Bazaar and Jhula Sector were removed and the hand-carts, stall goods, stand planks etc. were seized and deposited in the Fair Authority office.
